Welcome to BrightBridge Homeschool Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website brightbridgeacademy.org (the “Site”) and our educational resources, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enroll in our programs.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1 Membership Policy

• Admission is by invitation only at the sole discretion of the Director.

• Once accepted, a family’s membership remains active through the end of that academic year.
   

1.2 Enrollment Process

• Prospective families complete the Enrollment Form on our website.

• After reviewing each submission, the Director will email you to confirm acceptance or provide further instructions.

• No tuition or fees are charged for any BrightBridge program.
   

2. Use of Materials & Intellectual Property
 

2.1 Licensed Materials

• All curriculum modules, Activity Guides, videos, and downloadable content (“Materials”) are © BrightBridge Homeschool Academy.

• Members have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Materials solely for personal, educational purposes.

2.2 Restrictions

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any Materials without our prior written consent.

• Sharing login credentials or portal access with non-members is strictly prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Respectful Interaction

• Families agree to treat all members, staff, and volunteers with respect and courtesy.

• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind is prohibited.

3.2 Child Safety

• All in-person activities (if any) must comply with our Child Protection Policy.

• Leaders and volunteers must hold current background checks; families agree to abide by any safety procedures communicated by BrightBridge.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

4.1 Educational Scope

• Materials are designed for foundational K–2 learning and cultural enrichment; results may vary by family.

• We do not guarantee any specific academic outcome.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

• BrightBridge is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or Materials.

• In no event shall our total liability exceed the cost of any fees paid (which, for our free programs, is zero).

5. Privacy & Data

5.1 Privacy Policy

• Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Site, you consent to those practices.

• We do not share member data with third parties except as required by law.

6. Modifications & Termination

6.1 Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6.2 Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct, without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
